Stock your shop with genuine, factory-sealed hobby boxes, packs, and supplies. These Wholesale Policies explain who can apply, how pricing and invoicing work, and how wholesale orders ship.
Eligibility for a Wholesale Account
Wholesale accounts are available to retailers who resell our products to their own customers. To qualify, you ("the retailer") must be:
Eligible
A physical hobby or card shop, with or without a website
An online-only seller with its own website and an established customer base
A B2B buyer or another wholesaler purchasing in bulk
Not eligible
Reselling wholesale items on third-party marketplaces such as Etsy, eBay, or Amazon
Purchasing items for personal use or personal collections
Every application is reviewed to confirm that your business is legitimate and a good fit. BOXBUDY LLC may decline applications, and may decline orders after approval, at its discretion.
Invoicing
BOXBUDY LLC is happy to provide an invoice for payment, in U.S. dollars. Once your account is approved, contact us to place your order. By making wholesale purchases from BOXBUDY LLC, retailers agree to these policies.
Pricing
All pricing is in U.S. dollars. Wholesale prices are available only to approved retailers who plan to resell the items in their store or on their own website. Not a reseller but planning a large promotional or volume order? You may still qualify for a discount — please ask.
Additional Discounts
Because wholesale prices already include a significant discount, they can't be combined with additional discount codes — unless offered as part of a promotion, or agreed in writing for high-volume orders. Wholesale orders placed with additional discount codes at checkout will be cancelled and refunded.
Payment Terms
All wholesale orders must be paid in full before shipment.
Shipping and Fulfillment
- Wholesale orders ship from our warehouse in Fargo, North Dakota, to addresses in the United States.
- Free shipping on all products purchased on our website.
- Once payment is received, orders are fulfilled within 1–2 business days, unless we let you know otherwise.
Bulk Sales to B2B Accounts
We welcome bulk orders from B2B accounts and other wholesalers. Contact us with the products and quantities you need, and we'll prepare a quote.
Returns and Damaged Items
- Returns: if you need to return a wholesale order, please contact us first and we'll send you the next steps.
- Damaged items: every item is quality-checked before it ships. Please inspect shipments as soon as they arrive and contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of any issue.

No. Reselling wholesale items on third-party marketplaces isn’t permitted under our wholesale program.
We send an invoice in U.S. dollars, and orders must be paid in full before they ship.
Orders are fulfilled within 1–2 business days of payment and ship free from our Fargo, North Dakota warehouse.
