These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and anyone who submits content. Please read them carefully — if you don't agree, please don't use the site.

• When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Payment is collected at checkout through our secure payment providers.
• We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order — for example, on limited or high-demand releases. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll notify you and issue a full refund.
• Pre-sale products ship once they are released. Expected release dates are shown on the product page and may change if the manufacturer changes them; we'll keep you informed, and you may cancel a pre-sale order for a full refund before it ships.
• You agree to provide accurate, current purchase and account information so we can complete your order and contact you.

Some products are available only online and in limited quantities. We display product images and colors as accurately as possible, but appearance may vary slightly by screen. Trading card products are sold sealed; the contents of packs and boxes are random, and specific cards or "hits" are never guaranteed unless clearly stated in the listing.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund & Returns Policy. Damaged or defective items are covered by our Warranty & Replacement Policy.

We may give you access to third-party tools that we don't monitor or control. These tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Your use of them is at your own discretion and is governed by the terms of the third-party provider. New features or tools added to our store are also subject to these Terms.
